課程說明(Course Description):
This course introduces general knowledge of various on-chip memories to students who are interesting in circuit design, system-level designs, design for manufacturing (DFM) or process integrations.
Current embedded memories (ROM, SRAM, CAM, OTP/MTP, and FLASH) and future potential memories will be introduced. This course will study the devices and circuit of memory bitcell, memory structures, sense amplifiers, high-voltage circuits, and other digital and analog peripheral circuits. The system-level applications, techniques of low-power and low-voltage designs, and design-for-manufacturing (DFM) issues for embedded memories are also included.
Students who are interesting in transistor-level circuit designs, SoC designs, semiconductor devices, or process integrations are welcome to take this course.
