<br>本課程主要介紹醫用病毒學原理如病毒組成與結構,分類,RNA或DNA病毒的分子複製機制.同時著重於探討引起人類疾病之重要病毒,病毒與細胞相互關係,病毒毒力與致病機轉,及抗病毒藥物與疫苗發展
<br>The objective of this course is to learn the general principles and procedures
<br>of virology, with emphasis on the viruses which cause human diseases. Topics in
<br>general virology, such as virus replication, propagation, detection, assay,
<br>classification, virus-host interactioins, immunology, pathogenesis and techniques will be considered first, followed by a discussion of the individual viruses and the diseases they cause in human.
