一、課程說明(Course Description)

This course covers the theoretical and practical aspects of project management. Emphasis is on the proactive project management to design-in systems and design-out future problems. Latest computer tools to facilitate effective project management will be introduced. Students are expected to engage in a related real-world team project that uses the techniques/tools covered in the class.
