一、課程說明(Course Description)
This is an advanced course that is special on the integrated circuits for power management purpose. The
course is arranged with two main parts. First contains different modules with each of different power
function like bandgap, linear regulator, switching-type power converter, switched-capacitor converter.
Second highlights some SoC researches for power management. Different techniques will be discussed for
the highly integrated system ICs.

Power Conversion Techniques
Linear regulator.
Switching-type converter.
Switched-capacitor converter.
On-chip voltage/current reference.

Power Management for SoC Integration
Power dissipation.
Power management.
Case study.
