This course includes 18 experiments on basic optics and electro-optics.
There are 3 experiments in geometrical optics, 4 in diffraction and interference, 2 in image formation(including Fourier Optics), 2 in polarization(including crystal Optics), 2 in optical holography, 3 in lasers, 2 in optical modulation.
Students are required to have background in fundamental electromagnetism.
There are three hours laboratory work every week. 3 weeks of lecture on basic theory of the experiments will be given before lab work start.
實驗前有基本理論講解,有電磁學基礎即可。
本課與光電工程一二相輔相成,修過光電工程一二的同學,將可從本實驗課中,經由動手實做,得到課堂理論的具體驗證。
實驗講義:每一實驗均包括基本原理及實驗操作。

同學不必自行購買課本及講義,實驗室會免費提供。
