This course includes 18 experiments on basic optics and electro-optics.
<br>There are 3 experiments in geometrical optics, 4 in diffraction and interference, 2 in image formation(including Fourier Optics), 2 in polarization(including crystal Optics), 2 in optical holography, 3 in lasers, 2 in optical modulation.
<br>Students are required to have background in fundamental electromagnetism.
<br>There are three hours laboratory work every week. 3 weeks of lecture on basic theory of the experiments will be given before lab work start.

<br>本課與光電工程一二相輔相成，修過光電工程一二的同學，將可從本實驗課中，經由動手實做，得到課堂理論的具體驗證。
