一、課程說明(Course Description)

本課程將針對傳統垂直整合之電力系統之運轉、調度、與控制等相關傳統議題探討。包含經濟調度、電力排程、最
佳潮流、電力系統安全性等。亦將探討電業市場解制與自由化後,發電業、輸電業、配電業,全面開放民營電廠參
與電力市場之電力市場架構、與相關市場與調度規則,並期合理有效使用電能。
