課程說明(Course description)

<br>Various subject which is closely relate to the development of recent Flash memory is coverd at this course.

<br>[1] The issues to be studied will be 
<br>
<br>1) Design (Introduction of Mask ROM and NOR Flash designan, analog basic, charge pump, sensing operation, Whole chip outline, Error collection code, et al) 
<br>
<br>2) Device (Memory basic, Flash operation basic, Full process integration, Reliability & physics of tunneling, Flating gate & MONOS type scaling, et al).
<br>
<br>This course will be for 4th grade and master and doctor course students. 
<br>The grade will be determined by a report and test results.
