This course is the part II of the course on introduction of fundamental electromangetics, both physics and engineering applications. Here we will continue our discussions on the following topics:

1. Time-varying electromagnetic fields
2. Electromagnetic plane waves
3. Guided electromagnetic waves, waveguides and transmission lines
4. Electromagnetic radiations and antennas
