一、課程說明(Course Description)
介紹 "軟物質科學" 的知識給學生,讓學生從事與軟物質及生物系統相關研究時, 具備研究分析所需之基本知識。

計畫以物理及工程訓練的觀點教授生物系統的 building blocks (包含proteins, lipids, nucleic acids, cells, water 等),作用力,軟物質中的大分子,相轉變,dynamics,膠體散佈,凝膠,液晶,大分子的自我組裝等等不同的主題。
