一、課程說明(Course Description)
To introduce students to design, fabrication, and characterization of micro/nano fluidic LOCs and biochips. Topics planned include microsensors/ biosensors, pressure driven and electrokinetic flows, mixing and diffusion on micro/nano scale, fabrication of micro/nano channels, device packaging, and chip characterization.
