內容: Crystal Structure of Solids, Introduction to Quantum Mechanics, Introduction to the Quantum Theory of Solids, Semiconductor in Equilibrium, Carrier Transport Phenomena, Nonequilibrium Excess Carriers in Semiconductors, pn Junction/Diode, Metal-Semiconductor and Semiconductor Heterojunctions, Bipolar Transistor, Fundamentals of the Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor, Junction Field-Effect Transistor, Optical Devices, Semiconductor Power Devices
