<br>公司財務管理包括影響公司的價值的各種財務決策。主要目標是學習如何通過財務活動來增加股東價值。
<br>本課程分成二部份。第一部份課程目的為了解公司理財的基本原則以及學習財務評估的實用工具，第二部份介紹
<br>公司資本結構如何去影響公司價值。股利政策對公司解決代理問題及資訊不對稱問題，而從實用的觀點看，此亦
<br>可創造公司價值。最後，討論二個重要的公司理財議題：國際財務管理以及併購議題。
