<br>This course covers methods of real property financing, analysis of cost of borrowing, sources of funds, and 
<br>mortgage terms. An emphasis will be placed upon the analysis of the secondary mortgage market.

<br>current edition will be assigned as our textbook depending upon its availability on the market.

<br>1. Exam I and II count for 25 percent of each.
<br>2. Final exam will be assigned as 30 percent.
<br>3. Others (can be any kind of evaluations) - 20 Percent.
