一、課程說明(Course Description)
This course covers methods of real property financing, analysis of cost of borrowing, sources of funds, and
mortgage terms. An emphasis will be placed upon the analysis of the secondary mortgage market.

Brueggeman and Fisher. Real Estate Finance and Investment, 14th edition, 2008, Irwin. But, the most
current edition will be assigned as our textbook depending upon its availability on the market.

All reference books and articles will be assigned in class, if necessary.

五、教學進度(Syllabus)

Regarding the class schedule, my preference is reserving the flexibility over time and will inform students
any schedule change when necessary.




六、成績考核(Evaluation)

1. Exam I and II count for 25 percent of each.
2. Final exam will be assigned as 30 percent.
3. Others (can be any kind of evaluations) - 20 Percent.
