一、課程說明(Course Description) 
<br>The course of Vaccinology contains the historical reivew of vaccines, the 
<br>principles of vaccinology including immuonogical responses, adjuvants, antigen 
<br>character and epitope analysis, and the modern vaccine technology such as viral 
<br>and bacterial vector vaccines, peptide vaccines, DNA vaccines. Examples including 
<br>propholytic and therapeutic vaccines will be given and discussion in class. 
<br>
<br>疫苗工程學(vaccinology)課程內容包括對疫苗發展的歷史，免疫學原理與佐劑的應用 
<br>，抗原特性與新疫苗技術發展如活毒疫苗，次單元與似病毒顆粒疫苗，病毒與細菌載體疫苗與DNA疫苗加以介紹．
<br>同時除了針對預防性疫苗如傳染性疾病外，也包括治療性疫苗技術的發展．
