一、課程說明(Course Description)
The course of Vaccinology contains the historical reivew of vaccines, the
principles of vaccinology including immuonogical responses, adjuvants, antigen
character and epitope analysis, and the modern vaccine technology such as viral
and bacterial vector vaccines, peptide vaccines, DNA vaccines. Examples including
propholytic and therapeutic vaccines will be given and discussion in class.

疫苗工程學(vaccinology)課程內容包括對疫苗發展的歷史,免疫學原理與佐劑的應用
,抗原特性與新疫苗技術發展如活毒疫苗,次單元與似病毒顆粒疫苗,病毒與細菌載體疫苗與DNA疫苗加以介紹.
同時除了針對預防性疫苗如傳染性疾病外,也包括治療性疫苗技術的發展.
