一、課程說明(Course Description)
<br>This course introduces students to methods of scientific research to include review of literature, research designs, sampling techniques, measurement, and related issues in studying G protein-coupled recptors (GPCRs).  Research articles that exemplify various research designs, presentation of results, and conclusions will be reviewed and discussed.

<br>The objective of this course aims to teach students the methods of experimental design, data gathering, data interpretation and data presentation through current publications and the experiments they carried out to further discover new findings on a question of significant current interest in the filed of GPCR research.

<br>上課前，學生需事先研讀選定之期刊論文，並於課堂中作口頭報告及進行討論。除了選定之期刊論文，學生亦須將實驗之結果作報告及討論

<br>每週一位學生報告期刊論文，二位學生報告實驗結果

<br>六、成績考核(Evaluation)
<br>口頭報告：70％
<br>課堂討論情形：20％
<br>作業：10％
<br>授課教師保留依學生在學期中的進步情形、出席狀況、或其他可以觀察的表現，以調整學期總成績
