一、課程說明
This course will cover several modern biophysical tools for protein-ligand interactions. These tools include isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC), scanning differential calorimetry (SDC), surface plasmon resonance (SPR), fluorescence spectroscopy, and fluorescence single-molecule measurements. The scope of this class is not to focus on the details on the theory of each method, but to emphasize the advantages and limitations of each technique. After taking this course, students will be capable to use the appropriate methods for practical research design.
