In this course "PDE II", we shall continue to cover the following chapters in the book of Craig Evans "Partial Differential Equations":
<br>Chapter 4 : Other ways to represent solutions.
<br>Chapter 5 : Sobolev Spaces
<br>Chapter 6: Second Order Elliptic Equations
<br>Chapter 7 : Linear Evolution Equations
<br>If we have time left in the semester, we shall ask the students to present some well-known papers.
<br>As in the first semester, the students are asked to hand in the homework. The final examination is either take-home exam. or paper presentation.
