一、課程說明(Course Description)
The course is designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of BioMEMS and lab-on-a-chip (LOC). Basic concepts of micro/nano fabrication of BioMEMS, microfluidic devices, on-chip biochemical detection techniques, and integration of lab-on-a-chip will be introduced and discussed. Various BioMEMS devices, lab-on-a-chip, uTAS and their applications will be covered. Students will gain a broad perspective in the area of micro/nano systems for biomedical and chemical applications.
