COURSE DESCRIPTION

服務創新從滿足顧客需求出發,強調使用者為核心,並以設計思維(Design Thinking)為基礎,過程中與顧客共創價值。透過理論與實務的探討,將服務-設計-創新三個面向結合,以推廣服務創新。我們將透過方法論探討、小組討論、個案分享及學期專題,將服務設計與創新落實到一般服務業及醫療相關產業,並以設計為一可營運之商業模式為目標。這門課是健康與醫療系統學程必修課。

CLASS PARTICIPATION ASSIGNMENT and PROJECT

每4-5人為一小組,將不定期於課堂上發想與討論特定主題,並於課堂上安排報告。期末要求每組有一期末專題報告。
