本課程在研習、討論一氧化氮和蛋白質亞硝基化修飾如何調控生物訊號傳遞,影響、進而影響細胞生長、死亡、細胞間交流及轉移。研討的主題將專注於蛋白質亞硝基化在癌化、神經退化、及控制學習與記憶的分子機轉。
The course is designed to study and discuss the role of nitric oxide and protein S-nitrosylation in regulating signaling transduction pathways that affect cell growth, death and autophagy, cell-cell interaction, and cell migration. The topics will focus on the molecular mechanisms of protein S-nitrosylation in oncogenesis, neurodegeneration, and the control of learning and memory.
