一、課程說明(Course Description)
This is a core course provided for students to establish their speciality in nuclear engineering.
In addition to the associated atomic and nuclear physics, the mechanisms of the interaction of
radiation with matter will be reviewed. Concepts of the structures of a nuclear reactor will be
introduced. Students are expected to understand the properties of neutron diffusion and
moderation. Moreover, fundamentals of the nuclear reactor theory and the reactor kinetics will
be investigated.
