一、課程說明(Course Description)

本課程以一學期時間教授奈微米尺度之生物醫學及流體系統相關之工作原理、基本架構、以及其廣泛
之應用。課程首先以四週時間簡介奈微米技術及基礎生化及分生技術,之後在期中考前介紹基本之生醫檢測技
術及奈微流體操控生醫分子技術。期中考之後則以不同專題探討奈微米生醫特殊之技術及其應用,與生醫分子
動態模擬與實驗方法。期末以學生分組針對不同專題進行報告方式進行。
This course provides an in-detail instruction on the fundamental principles, basic frame works,
and the variety of applications to biomedical and fluidic systems in micro or nano scale. Before
midterm examination, fundamental micro/nano fabrication methods, basic analytical Biochemistry
principles, and general micro/nano fluidic physics and devices will be introduced. After the midterm
5 specific applications for micro/nano biomedical/fluidic systems will be elaborated. Students will
then be arranged into several groups for preparing final projects and reports.
