<br>This course introduces the essential physics in medical imaging, including image 
<br>quality, medical imaging informatics, diagnostic radiography, and nuclear medicine. 
<br>Medical imaging provides the anatomic and functional information from human body.  It 
<br>helps radiologists to make diagnosis. Over the past decade, considerable changes have 
<br>occurred in medical imaging, such as images from analog (screen/film) to digital, a 
<br>number of new technologies from research projects to enter clinical use. This course 
<br>also introduces the latest technologies in medical imaging, which offers the possibility 
<br>of substantially reducing radiation dose under keeping acceptable image quality.
