一、課程說明
The primary focus of this course is on the tumors reprogram pathways of nutrient
acquisition and metabolism acquired by malignant cells to meet their
bioenergetics, biosynthetic, and redox demands. We will discuss these
reprogrammed activities in the specific pathways mediated by key enzymes to
support the survival and proliferation of tumor cells. The underlying mechanisms
linking cancer metabolism to tumorigenesis and metastasis is also
discussed.
