一、課程說明(Course Description)
This course introduces the essential physics in medical imaging, including image
quality, medical imaging informatics, diagnostic radiography, and nuclear
medicine. Medical imaging provides the anatomic and functional information from
human body. It helps radiologists to make diagnosis. Over the past decade,
considerable changes have occurred in medical imaging, such as images from analog
(screen/film) to digital, a number of new technologies from research projects to
enter clinical use. This course also introduces the latest technologies in medical
imaging, which offers the possibility of substantially reducing radiation dose
under keeping acceptable image quality.
