一、課程說明
This course will cover several modern biophysical tools for protein-ligand
interactions. These
tools include isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC), microscale thermophoresis
(MST), surface
plasmon resonance (SPR), fluorescence spectrometry, and uv-vis spectrometry with
emphasis on
the advantages and limitations of each technique. There will be a demo of ITC,
MST, and
fluorescence spectrometry in class.
