The lecture of the basic semiconductor physics. It consists of three parts. One
is the general introduction of solid-state physics including quantum theory and
band theory. Second is the device physics of semiconductor, such as PN-junction
and MOSFET. Third is the application above mentioned devises: Logic and memory
devices.
