一、課程說明(Course Description)

This course is intended for EE students at the junior level who have already
taken the basic circuit theory and micrelectronics. Students will get hands-on
experiences through experiments to complement the learning of microelectronics
circuit theories. Op-amps, passive elements (e.g. R, L, and C), and
transistors will be used extensively to implement various circuits.

Introduction to Lab Equipments (1 week)
Lab 1: DC and AC Circuits (2 weeks)
Lab 2: Time-Domain Responses of 1st- and 2nd-order Circuits (2 weeks)
Lab 3: Passive Filters (2 week)
Lab 4: Active Filters (4 week)
Lab 5: Oscillator Circuits (2 weeks)
Lab 6: Parameter extraction of MOS Transistors (2 weeks)
Lab 7: Single-Stage and Multi-Stage MOS Amplifiers (3 weeks)

六、成績考核(Evaluation)

Lab report: 60% and Final exam: 40%

考量過去同學有遲到早退,影響實驗進度及品質,對於遲到早退及未出席有以下規定:

遲到(以十五分鐘為限,逾時算未到)、早退視情況扣總分0.5-1分。視出席狀況(即實際作實驗時
間),該實驗報告可不予計分。

實驗報告需在實驗完成後之下一週上課一小時內繳交,逾時即算缺交。

同學間可相互討論實驗報告的問題,然後各自完成報告。抄襲報告則不予以計分。

如果需要請病假,請以e-mail或電話先通知教師。公假請於一星期前通知教師。

Lab Policy:
(1) 請勿持續使用實驗室電腦作與實驗非相關的上網。
(2) 勿將飲料食物置於實驗桌面,請將實驗桌面收拾乾淨後再行離開。
