一、課程說明(Course Description)

This class aims to offer hands-on experience for students to appreciate the
principle of wireless communications. For every week, there will be a one-hour
lecture to introduce the underlining principle and steps of the experiment unit
and 2~3 hours of hands-on lab experiment. The class students will be able to use
the design tools to understand various aspects of modern wireless communication
systems. However, the mathematical derivation of communication theories is de-
emphasized in this class to facilitate the construction of both the hardware and
the software systems. This class is expected to be offered regularly every Fall
semester for junior, senior under-graduates and first-year graduate students.
