一、課程說明(Course Description)
This course introduces the properties of the semiconductor devices used in
microwave circuits. Both active devices and passive devices are addressed. The
concept and language used in microwave circuit analysis will be introduced.
The equivalent circuit models of the devices for circuit design will also be
discussed.
