一、課程說明(Course Description)
This course provides the fundamental knowledge required for understanding the
physics of various solid-state microelectronic devices and introduces the
operation principles of major devices including PN Junction Diodes, Bipolar
Junction Transistors (BJT) and Field Effect Transistors (FET).
