【課程目標 Course objectives】
長期以來，台灣強調以貿易及科技立國。在以科技創新為主軸的清大EMBA教育理念下，本課
程的設計，將強調以學員在對應前述挑戰下應具有的核心競爭元素為核心。本課程的內容則
將以EMBA課程設計理念為宗，強調在全球化視角下，法律如何應對新興科技與服務創新帶來
的挑戰，又應如何成為有效的知識工具，融入企業經理人的決策模式。

【課程說明 Course Description】
本課程將分為二大主軸方向進行，預計採分組案例研習，並搭配延伸研究資源之提供等設
計，鼓勵學員參與討論，藉以發現問題，之後再交由教師回覆。本課程將透過這種反饋式教
學的方法，以深化學習成果的可操作性。課程內容所欲傳遞給學員的核心知識，將包含二大
主軸：其一為新興科技發展與服務創新所帶來的法律議題與挑戰；其二為公司治理與法律風
險控管。
