課程說明：工作研究室工業工程的基本專業課程之一，其目的在於自生產系統建立之始，即應對系統中的操作、

<br>流程、工作時間與效率、獎工制度等予以有系統地設計，訂定各項作業標準，以提升並確保整體系統的效率。其

<br>則為對已有的系統做現況的改善。近年來，工作研究與人因工程、安全衛生等相關領域在實務上的整合，對提升

<br>工作安全保障及工作品質有相當的助益。
