Class contents:
1. Yoga and breathing
2. Warm-up poses
3. Seated poses
4. Chair poses
5. Standing poses
6. Standing balance poses
7. Standing forward bends
8. Inversions
9. Reclined poses
10. Restorative poses
11. Sequences
Please wear clothing that won't restrict your movement. Leggings that stay
opaque, long fitted tops that won't ride up or flop over your head in poses
(i.e., downward facing dog).
Evaluation:
Attendance, participation and practices: 50%
Midterm exam - selected sequences: 20%
Final exam - self-developed sequences : 30%
