一、課程說明(Course Description)

在現實的工作環境中, 我們會發現以往在書本上所學得的理論, 公式所計算出來的結果與實際發
生的永遠有大小不一的差距, 這些差異經常源自於難以預測的變異. 變異經常影響實際的結果並
造成困擾, 而本課程的目的便是介紹一些用於偵測變異發生的方法, 及消除變異的方法. 由於這
些方法往往需藉由實驗來驗證,因此如何設計規劃分析實驗也是本課的重點

本課程適合大三以上學生修習, 研究生未曾修習品質管制及統計課程者, 應修習本課. 您在未來
的工作時, 必會發現這門課會是非常實用的課程.

In reality, we will find that the results estimated or calculated based on
the
equation or theory introduced in text books are somehow different from those
measured experimentally. Frequently the difference is because of the
unpredictable variance. The goal of this course is to introduce approaches
to
identify unpredicted process variance and methodologies to eliminate these
variances. Frequently, these approaches or methodologies had to be verified
experimentally. Therefore, how to design and analyze experimental results is
the other major issue in this study.
This course is recommended for junior, senior and graduate student who did not
have much knowledge about statistics and quality control. You will find that
this is a very useful course when you start your career.
