一、課程說明(Course Description)

This course is divided into 2 semesters, including basic analytical theory (I) and instrumental sensing methods (II). Semester One introduces fundamental concepts of analytical chemistry with an emphasis on the approaches relevant to measurements in biochemistry. Topics include error analysis, statistical treatment of data, acid-base chemistry, titrations, spectroscopy, and chromatography.

本門課將分為上下學期教授,涵蓋基礎分析化學理論(上學期)以及儀器感測方法(下學期),並著重分析化學在生物醫學工程之應用實例。在上學期的課程中,將以建立良好化學基礎為主軸,引導學生從邏輯思考進而瞭解生物分析化學原理,同時增強學生應有的實驗理論,包含統計學、資料處理分析、酸鹼滴定、錯合物滴定、氧化還原滴定、光譜學、層析法及電化學,並針對生物分子進行其分析技術之介紹。本課程無涉及AI使用。
