一、課程說明
本門課程旨在(1)回顧四大生物分子及基礎無機化學、(2)金屬酵素功能以及作用機制介紹、(3)臨床
使用金屬生物醫藥介紹、(4)金屬生物醫藥及生醫材料的設計與開發。於學期末則安排由學生挑選相
關主題,進行口頭報告。
This class aims to (1) review four kinds of biomolecules and basic inorganic
chemistry, (2) function and reaction mechanism of metalloenzymes, (3)
introduction of FDA-approved metallopharmaceutics, (4) design and development
of
metal-based biomedicine and biomaterials. In the end of the semester,
students
have to choose a topic and give an oral presentation relevant to the metal
pharmaceutical chemistry & biomaterial.
