本「電子裝備冷卻系統」課程內容涵蓋電子裝備冷卻的熱流學基礎、導熱界面材料、熱擴散、
風扇簡介、熱沉、相變化熱傳與裝置、智慧手機熱管理、資料中心熱管理等,面向頗廣,尚無適當
教科書可採用,因此除課堂講授外,另要求同學閱讀不少文獻並繳交心得報告。
