課一、課程說明 (Course Description)
This course is to provide the students an introduction to the fundamental
concepts of controlled drug delivery systems, types of drug carriers that have
been and/or are being developed and, particularly, detail descriptions in both the
preparation approaches and mechanisms of their actions to achieve drug controlled
delivery. For comprehensively understanding the rationales of drug delivery design
with desired biodistribution profiles, pharmacokinetics and biopharmaceutics are
partially introduced in this course.
