課程說明:
<br>本課程將介紹與討論健康醫療系統中所涉及之人因工程議題以及解決問題之方法，包括微觀與宏觀人
<br>因工程。任何系統中都有人，也就有人因工程的問題，這是必須正視的。健康醫療系統是十分獨特的
<br>系統，其服務品質與安全直接關乎病人及顧客的生命與安危，其硬體、軟體、操作程序、維護等，都
<br>不容出錯。另一方面，健康醫療的工作，對其從業人員而言，又有著高風險，工作中的安全衛生與防
<br>護，更是此類工作的基本條件。因此，無論是從系統的開發者、設計者、維護者、使用者等直接操控
<br>此系統的角度來看，或從透過此系統所得的最終產品或服務的顧客群及被服務者的角度而言，自始至
<br>終，均應予以人性化的考量，以確保健康醫療系統的安全衛生、人性化、零失誤、高品質，達成建立
<br>組織安全文化的終極目標。
