Parts of the contents require basic knowledge in Biochemistry.

一、課程說明(Course Description)

In this course, we will introduce essential Servers, Database and Online
tools in Bioinformatics. We will also conduct hand-on exercises in
functional genomics and protein analyses.

用,並針對各種常用生物資料庫作概略性的介紹,包括 NCBI, Protein Data Bank (PDB)、
KEGG、ExPasy 等生物資料庫。 課程中將連線上網,實際操作、演練各種輔助軟體
(Browser, viewer, molecular displayer...)。

1. Grading policy - Homeworks/practices 60% / Exam. & Final Projects 40%

2. 5% credit will be deducted for late homework.

3. Do not be late for the class. Two counts of late arrival will be marked as 1
absence (10% credit deduction for the final score.) Three absences will
result in a "F" of the final grade.
