課程說明
In this course, we will first describe the basic knowledge on RNA, followed by
various experimental approaches used for characterization of RNAs and RNA-protein
complexes. We further elaborate recent advent of a series of effective RNA-
based therapeutics against diseases that cannot be treated with other
conventional drug groups. In the final part of this course, each student will
give an oral presentation in the class and lead the group discussion. The topic
will be announced later.
