一、課程說明(Course Description)
The course contains the principles of innate immunity, cellular and humoral
adaptive immunity, dynamic of adaptive immune system and mucosal immunity, and
the applications to vaccine development such as adjuvants, antigen character
and epitope analysis, and the new generations of vaccine development such as
viral and bacterial vector vaccines, recombinant protein vaccines, DNA
vaccines as well as new therapeutic vaccines against neoplasm, loss
individuality, and organ or tissue damages.
疫苗與免疫科學課程內容主要講述先天性免疫,T細胞與體液免疫系統,免疫動態系統與黏膜免
疫理,同時就疫苗發展與佐劑的應用,抗原特性與新疫苗技術發展如活毒疫苗,次單元與類病毒顆
粒疫苗,病毒與細菌載體疫苗與DNA疫苗加以介紹.同時除了針對預防性疫苗外也包括新發展的治
療性疫苗應用於癌症,異體移植與自體免疫疾病, …等.
