本課程的目標為了解生殖醫學方面的新知識,包含分子生物學、和基因體學的部分

This course will understand the knowledge of reproductive medicine, including
molecular biology and genetics.

四、教學方式
教師將彙整相關主題教授生殖醫學方面的知識,包含分子生物學、和基因體學的部分,授課內容會包含
新興的基因體學技術在生殖醫學方面的研究,例如DNA定序、RNA定序、small RNA定序、
genotyping、single cell RNA定序、ATAC定序、空間轉錄組學、表觀基因組學和全基因組關聯型研
究等等新興技術。

The teacher will organize the knowledge of reproductive medicine, including
molecular biology and genetics. The lectures contain genetical technology in the
research of reproductive medicine, for example, DNA sequencing, RNA sequencing,
small RNA sequencing, genotyping, single-cell RNA sequencing, ATAC sequencing,
spatial transcriptomics, epigenetics, and genome-wide association study etc.

生殖醫學之相關科學文獻彙整與討論。
The scientific literature and book chapters of reproductive medicine.

15% 出席率,
15% attendance

30% 口頭報告 (包含回答問題10%)
30% presentation (including answer question 10%)

15%學生互評
15% student assesement

15% 參與度 至少問4次(15%),多一次加2分
15 % participation (at least ask four questions), additional 2 points per
question.
