本課程講述材料結構與缺陷相關知識,涵蓋材料結構 (晶體結構、晶體鍵結與分析方法)、材料缺陷
(空孔、固溶體、差排、晶界與塑性變形) 以及缺陷消除 (退火) 等內容。課程目標在建立材料結構
與缺陷相關知識,分析並解決材料結構與缺陷相關問題,建立材料科學重要基礎知識。
