Welcome to KHub service. To ensure the sercurity of personal data, privacy and rights of the user, according to article 8.(1) of the Personal Data Protection Act, the collection, processing and use of personal data are stated as follows:

一，蒐集之目的:為進行各項資料管理及學術研究相關之統計調查與分析之目的，本平台需蒐集、處理、利用使用者的個人資料。

1. Purpose of Collection: KHub will collect, process and use the personal data of the user in order to manage different data and perform satistical investigation and analysis relevant to academic researches.

二， 蒐集個人資料類別：

(一) 姓名、地址、電話、電子郵件等辨識個人之資料。

(二) 學校紀錄、職業專長、著作等專業相關之資料。

(三) 當您使用本平台提供之各項服務時，本平台將使用cookies進行管理及活動紀錄，包括您的IP位址、使用時間等軌跡資料。

2. Types of Personal Data Collected:

(1) Data for Identification: Name, Address, Contact Number, Email…etc.

(2) Data relevant to the profession: School Records, Professional Specialty, Publications…etc.

(3) While using the services provided by KHub, cookies will be used to manage and record the activities on the platform, including trajectory data like IP address and use time.

三，使用期間、地區、對象及方式：

您的個人資料將供本平台、本平台業務委託機構、依法有調查權之機關及其他為達前述蒐集目的必須利用個資之對象，於其所在地區，在前述蒐集目的之必要範圍內，以合理方式利用至蒐集目的消失為止。

3. Period of use, area, target and method:

Your personal data will be used by the following targets within their locating areas and within the necessary range of the aforementioned collection purpose, with reasonable methods until the collection purpose ends: KHub, Commission agencies of KHub, Institutions with investigation right by law and other targets in need of personal data to achieve the aforementioned collection purpose.

依據個人資料保護法第三條規定，您得就個人資料行使下列權利:

1. 查詢或請求閱覽。

2. 請求製給複製本。

3. 請求補充或更正。

4. 請求停止蒐集、處理或利用。

4. Rights and Interests of personal data:

According to article 3 of the Personal Information Protection Act, you are entitled to exercise the following rights with regard to your personal data:

1. Any inquiry and request for a review of the personal data

2. Any request to make duplications of the personal data

3. Any request to supplement or correct the personal data

4. Any request to discontinue collection, processing or use of personal data

5. Any request to delete the personal data

However, should you refuse to provide personal data for the execution of admininstrative work, or should you provide incorrect data, it is possible that your full access to the platform shall be limited. 六，知識滙平台保有修訂本告知聲明之權利，於修正本告知聲明內容後將於網站上以公告的方式通知，如您未提出異議或繼續使用本平台服務，表示您已同意本平台所更改之內容。

6. KHub is entitled to amend the contents of this statement, any amendments will be publicized on the website. Should you propose no disagreement or continue to use the platform service, it is considered that you have agreed with the amendments by KHub.
